The Camp will include:
Motivational Orientation, Proper Techniques, Video Analysis, Speed and Agility, Quickness, First Step Acceleration, Base Running,
Power, Arm Strenght, Game Situations, Drills (Hitting, Fielding, Catching and Throwing) Outdoors/Indoors Training and Scrimmage Games).
